Lifestreams is partnering with Bethel Playas' on their Summer Mission trip.
Pastors Roberto and Leonor Lopez along with a team at Bethel Playas Church are going on a short mission trip to Camalú, Mexico in Baja California. Camalú is a small town along the Pacific coast of less than 9,000 people, many with families in need. The church is sending 20 members with the heart of Jesus to share the gospel and demonstrate the healing love and power of God.
Along with their spiritual needs, there are school children at Camalú that we at Lifestreams are invited to help bless! We want to partner with our friends at Bethel Playas Church to provide basic school supplies that will equip the children and encourage their education. Join in this passion project for the summer! We would love to collect and fill 150 backpacks with school supplies.
Below is the list of items we will need.
Please bring your items to the Summer Faire Lifestreams meeting June 6th.
The items needed are:
- New Backpacks filled with the following items
- No. 2 Pencils
- Colored Pencils
- Large erasers
- Ballpoint pens
- Crayons (box of 24)
- Water based Markers
- Composition notebooks
- 3 Ring Binders
- Rulers
- Glue Sticks
- Scissors
