 1PM Sourdough Made Easy with Toni Itherburn, The Mission Inc.

“I’m excited to bake bread with you all! Together we’ll walk through how to make a rustic sourdough bread, step by step. Although attempting sourdough can feel a bit daunting, it really is easier than you think. You will need to have the few tools mentioned below as well as a sourdough starter. That is very important as it acts as our “yeast.” You can either make your own sourdough starter, get some from a friend or purchase one online. See you soon!”

What to bring:
- Active Sourdough starter [6-8 hours before you watch the video, mix 60 grams of all purpose flour and 60 grams of water into your sourdough starter. I keep mine in a mason jar. After about 6-8 hours it should be doubled in size and ready to bake! I will go over this in the video as well.]
- All purpose flour 
- Rice flour 
- Salt 
- Pitcher of water
- Proofing basket, dough scraper, & bread lame   [you can substitute the basket with a colander and a towel, but the dough scraper and bread lame are very helpful!]
- Large mixing bowl 
- Sturdy spoon for mixing
- Parchment paper 
- Large Dutch oven or something similar 
- Kitchen scale

Need a fun, easy way to share the love of Jesus with people? Learn to be a facilitator with scribble art as a tool for the Holy Spirit to reveal to anyone their true God given identity and destiny. 

 It is a good evangelistic tool and can be used with any age group, culture, with children's church or women's groups or on the mission field. This a  good way to learn to step into encouraging, exhorting or prophetic ministry.

BIOS

Michelle Lutz is a worship leader and songwriter based in Los Angeles. She has been leading worship and pastoring worship teams for over 15 years. Michelle loves the Word of God and is driven by a desire to see heaven come and be released into the city, nation and world through worship, prayer and fellowship. Her passion is to partner with Holy Spirit to create atmospheres where He is welcomed and free to move. Michelle is married to Dan Lutz who is also her music director and bass player. Together they have twin sons Jackson and Phineas, and daughter Charlotte.

Karlet Muster was born in Mexico City, got saved when she was six, and became a pastor’s kid when she was 10. Her experience in the church led her through seasons of wrestling and asking questions about the truth of the Christian Faith. God has taken her on a journey of discovery that has allowed her to experience the validity of the truth claims Jesus makes in the Bible. She has been saved, healed, delivered, and set free by the love, truth, and power of God, and her life is dedicated to helping others discover His fullness of life. She is a life-long learner and is currently enrolled in the Science and Religion Masters program at Biola University.  

She loves her husband and three children, they are her greatest joy and her first calling. Added to this, she served as Senior Pastor at Awakening International Church and as Assistant Director of Awakening International Training and Reformation Center. Her passion in life is to see Jesus get His full reward. She loves Him, His mission, His ways, His Word, His church—His people. 

In addition, She is an international conference speaker and loves to teach on a wide range of subjects including apologetics, wisdom for life, and the power of the Holy Spirit. In this pursuit, she has had the amazing privilege of co-laboring with Jesus to see people healed of cancer, deafness, migraines, see them come out of wheelchairs, set free from addictions, delivered from bondage, and to see marriages and families restored to wholeness. 

“I have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal…” Phil.3:13-14

Genea Horner: Genea’s vulnerability and passion is evident in the way she lives, leads, teaches and loves. She is the prophetic voice of The Mission and has been part of the ministry since she was a young girl, when her family would visit The Mission: Mexico for short term missions trips. Our hundreds of kids in Mexico, Nicaragua and Romania know her as “Momma G.” She has a true gift to see the potential in others and challenge them to stay strong to their “yes” in their journeys with the Lord. Genea and her husband, Jimmy, are the Senior Leaders of The Mission and spend their time between the different campus locations. They have five beautiful daughters.

Renee DiToro specializes in professional coaching and development to individuals in life, leadership, and relationships. Her passion is to see people living their God given destiny in freedom, joy and peace. In her coaching, the goal is to see transformation of individuals and reconciliation of relationships, especially with the Father. Once that is accomplished, we can focus on how to fulfill dreams, live on purpose, make balanced choices, and do exceedingly more than you thought possible.
